  Absolutely diabolical way to run a business. Poor customer service is one thing but lying to people is completely unacceptable and has prompted this review. I rang once to discuss my home network and arrange a visit to investigate and estimate for some work - promised a call back, which never came. OK, so they're not the first and won't be the last on that score... Decided to try them again - this time for a screen replacement on an iPad and asked if they had the screen in stock - they said yes, quoted £135 and said that the job would take 48 hours because the screen is bonded on and also said " If anyone tells you they can do it properly for less - they are lying" I dropped my iPad in an hour later and confirmed I would pick it up two days later. I heard nothing to say it wouldn't be ready, so I rang on the second day to check it was; I was told that they had been a bit delayed in starting it but that it was being finished off and it would be ready the following morning. I went to pick it up and they told that they hadn't started it as they didn't have the glass in stock and that it wouldn't even be in for another two days!!! Needless to say I no faith in them as they had openly lied to me about having the glass in stock and the fact that the repair had even been started. I asked for the device back and left. All I received by way of explanation was "Sorry, the guy that fixes them isn't in at the moment" I researched it further and found lots of YouTube and web evidence to suggest that it is not the big repair they suggested and I rang another firm in York (Gamer Tech) who specialise in this repair; they confirmed that they have carried out thousands of these repairs and that it in their opinion this was definitely not the case. I booked it in with them, it was collected by Fed Ex, repaired and returned by Fed Ex all within three days - the price? £90.00 including all shipping and repairs and a 90 day warranty.

  iPhone was broke went to the store without calling them first and the guy behind the counter fixed it there and then :) Didn't have to send my phone away or be without it. He fixed it in like 30 mins really impressed and couldn't ask for a better service
